Easy and fast experience! The sales team at Chapman Ford of Lancaster was incredible from the test drive all the way to explaining the price break down. The finance managers were incredibly helpful explaining the warranties to us and what our options were as brand new mustang owners. I cannot rave enough about the customer service level of Chapman Ford! It was 5- star service all around. I will definitely give them my business again in our next car purchase!! More
