Henry Brown Buick-GMC is hands down the best dealership I have ever visited. The sole reason I bought my new Envision from Henry Brown was because of my exceptionally amazing service advisor, Mike Mead who have ever visited. The sole reason I bought my new Envision from Henry Brown was because of my exceptionally amazing service advisor, Mike Mead who always goes above and beyond, is kind, patient, has a sense of humor and has integrity beyond reproach. The reason I will buy my next car from Henry Brown is because of Dwayne Champion who helped me find the car I purchased 2 days ago. Dwayne was incredibly kind, patient, respectful and had a great sense of humor that was needed in 107-degree temperatures. He provided so many options to help make sure my decision was the best for me. Mike then looked at the car I chose to make sure it was perfect and gave me his advice which was greatly appreciated. Absolutely the best experience I have ever had buying a new car. I spent today getting to know my new car and truly feel happy about my decision. I will never be able to thank Dwayne and Mike for their time, attention, and guidance; they are without a doubt two exceptional men!!
