She readied the trucks for me to test drive and gave me the rundown on each one. When I realized that these trucks were not what I wanted she came up with a vehicle to suit me perfectly. It was ready for me to drive home even before I was ready to leave the city. I am still completely smitten with it. Jeremy was great as well and we came up with a price we could both live with. Mike in finance was very professional and personable to deal with. All in all, I am very happy with how I was treated at this dealership. Best dealership experence ever! I've been to quite a few dealerships in town and in Calgary when I still lived there, and hands down our Nissan dealership has the best customer servi I've been to quite a few dealerships in town and in Calgary when I still lived there, and hands down our Nissan dealership has the best customer service I have ever experienced, and I will never go anywhere else! I had my salesperson, Chantelle, go out of her way to take me around town to check out multiple dealerships, and was amazing at answering my questions and concerns! She gave me her cell number so we could keep in constant contact, which was outstanding to me. We had to get a vehicle specially shipped into town for me because they didn't have the one I wanted, which they did in a very short amount of time, and had no problem doing it for me. Overall, I have no complaints, and will recommend them to anyone I know that is in the market for a new vehicle! More

Chantelle was very friendly and went out of her way to ensure we tried a variety of vehicles. Even though it was near closing time and was extremely cold outside she drove up several vehicles and always ensure we tried a variety of vehicles. Even though it was near closing time and was extremely cold outside she drove up several vehicles and always offered for me to take them for a test drive. As we went over the numbers we all talked, laughed, and joked around. My boyfriend, who generally dislikes things like that, said later "wow, that was actually really fun. It was nice how they were so down to earth and joked around." I had to deal with an insurance claim due to a recent accident and Chantelle (and the dealership in general) was patient and didn't make me feel like I was a burden for having a vehicle on hold while I waited for insurance to come through. Chantelle followed up on a personal level and went above and beyond when I requested information about my other Nissan (for Insurance reasons). In fact, she did such a great job that even though I had waited 4 weeks for the insurance to get settled, I was willing to wait for her to return from vacation rather than deal with anyone else. Thankfully it all fell into place and I was able to purchase the vehicle before she was gone. Once the paperwork was all completed the vehicle was detailed and Chantelle went over all of the controls and options with me and showed me how to use them even though I said I was sure I could figure them out, she made sure I knew how to use/access everything before I left and I'm thankful she was insistent on that. The original price quote I had received from an individual at GP Nissan was quite a lot higher than Nissan dealers in Edmonton (about $5000 different), but GP Nissan matched the lower quote I had been given which brought my payments down to the exact amount I was looking for. More
