Operation mud digger I went in to trade out of my lease early. I was over the Rogue and wanted a Titan. I went in to talk with Shelby, he found the right truck for me and I went in to trade out of my lease early. I was over the Rogue and wanted a Titan. I went in to talk with Shelby, he found the right truck for me and he showed off every option it had. After getting the truck figured out, Mike and Shelby worked to get me aproved. I had a hard time dealing with ICBC. Because I was moving to Alberta, changing over all the information with my licence and insurance was difficult, but Nissan led me in the right direction and did there part to speed up the process. They got me on the road the same day. With the extra money i saved i can now lift the truck and set it on some nice rubber. Thanks guys you kick car selling xxx!! More

Bad experience My boyfriend and I both went to Nissan with the intention of both purchasing a car each. The salesperson, sheena, was more than helpful. She was frien My boyfriend and I both went to Nissan with the intention of both purchasing a car each. The salesperson, sheena, was more than helpful. She was friendly, not to pushy, and was able to answer absolutely any question that we asked...and we had a lot because we were both looking at different vehicles. My boyrfriend was planning on financing, and I was planning on leasing. We both finally decided on a vehicle each. He was purchasing the 2014 nissan rogue, and if was leasing a 2014 nissan versa. As soon as it was time to sit down with the sales manager, MIke, as go over the numbers, I immediately felt I wasn't given the priority that my boyfirend was. Maybe it was because I was leasing (not buying) a less expensive vehicle. They sat down with him, wrote down all of the number and different rates and purchase options. When it came time to discuss my options and go over the number for me, MIke simply leaned over the counter from the hallway, and gave me one price. He didn't sit down and explain anything to me, give me any options, or allow me to ask any of the many questions I had, as this ideas my first time ever buying a car. We left to discuss it. Although I was disappointed with the way I was treated, I decided to lease the car, and my boyfriend decided to purchase. We went back a few hours later to finalize everything. We went into another room with another employee to sign the paper work, when she notices a mistake, and informs me that not only did mike not include the sales tax in the monthly payment he gave me ($259 per month), but he also calculated the payment based on a 4 year lease, when it asked for a 3 year lease, and he specifically told me earlier that day (and I got him to write it out afterwards before I left) that the payment was for a 3 year lease. I was then told that the payment would be $80 more expensive per month...he said it like it was no big deal, like I would seriously still purchase after that? I could not afford $80 extra per month. And at this point I had no confidence in any of the numbers he gave me, or any of the information I was provided with, I felt like he had no idea what he was doing. He didn't give my sale the Attention it deserved. He was only concerned with the $30000 vehicle my boyfriend was purchasing. Because of this, my boyfriend had no confidence in the numbers he was given, and we both left. Coming from someone who just graduated university and was excited to buy my first car, I left extremely upset and disappointed. I would go back to nissan in the future, but would never purchase a vehicle where mike is involved. I would like to stress that sheena, the salesperson, was fabulous and I would highly recommend her helping you pick out a vehicle, but beware if you are dealing with mike for the finance aspect. More
