When he found out it was a free alignment, he stopped listening to anything I was saying. He failed to call the phone number I had left with him as well. When I got the car back, it drove worse than it had before the alignment. I took it to another shop. The alignment specifications were way off. The alignment was taken care of there and it now drives beautifully. Zimmerman Honda has some work to do in their service department. More

Zimmerman Honda has both friendly, and accommodating staff. My wife and I drove in from out of state to look at a car and Mike put a hold on it for us so we didn't drive 90 minutes to have it sold out f staff. They put in a rush job for their detailing team to make sure it was nice and clean for us since they had just received it as a trade in. We were able to call ahead and Mike set the car out front for us so we would be able to come in and test drive it right away since we were coming from out of town.
