Fantastic experience! I was coming from a not so great experience with a different dealership. It was nice to talk with salesmen who showed great customer service. The staff was great. Mike Jarrin was very patient and didn’t pressure us at all. Gave great advice and included my 18 year old son in the decision process. Bought a gently used CR-V from Zimmerman. Very upfront and fair pricing. Didn’t end up with a bunch of surprise fees after agreeing on a price. Mike never pushed me to buy the car, and let me pace the ent and fair pricing. Didn’t end up with a bunch of surprise fees after agreeing on a price.
