We arrived at the dealership and expected to have 3 salesmen staring at me through my window. Nope. I was able to get out of my car and start looking around without feeling like I was prey. We were just looking at different vehicles trying to figure out the best one for us. My husband went inside and found a salesman with no problem. Adam was the best! He was very knowledgeable about the two cars we looked at. Was upfront about pros and cons on each vehicle. Not pushy at all. Waited for us to say lets go talk. We went inside and he grabbed his manager, Aaron, who was equally as awesome! Aaron sat down and pretty much gave us his best deal. I don't want the back and forth. I don't want to sit at a dealership for hours playing the numbers game. Not at Zimmerman. He was upfront with what he could do. He listened when we told him what we were looking for in our trade and what payment we were looking for. He came back with even better numbers. Kris, our finance guy got us in and out quickly. He explained every sheet of paper. Didn't push us to buy "extras" that we don't need like we have experienced in the past. Just to the point. This is my husbands first Honda and I'm pretty sure, just based on our experience, it will not be our last. We will definitely be back for our future needs. We had a great experience buying our Honda CRV with Vanessa as our salesperson at Zimmerman Honda. When we decided after our test drive of this vehicle that we wanted additional features, Vanessa gave us several options and was very informative as we test drove 3 more CRVs. She was not a high pressure salesperson at all and was extremely personable. Vanessa has been with Zimmerman for quite some time, and it is obvious that she is a valued employee with her knowledge of her product and her fantastic customer service.
