This visit took care of my issue. I had been hearing a dronning sound when I drove my car. Made an appointment earlier and was told it was my tires. This visit the tech really looked i I had been hearing a dronning sound when I drove my car. Made an appointment earlier and was told it was my tires. This visit the tech really looked into it and found that my front right wheel bearing was in need of replacement. Fixed and drove home without the noise. I always have good service but sometimes it takes a couple of visits to solve the issue. More

Diagnose Check Recharging System alert At time of the service appointment, the service dept efficiently processed my checking and due to the nature of the problem, arranged a short term ren At time of the service appointment, the service dept efficiently processed my checking and due to the nature of the problem, arranged a short term rental. They subsequently called me back with their resolution and also proactively replaced a failed tail light. When I returned to the dealership, I received a friendly greeting and the service agent fully explained the problem. I was surprised to have the car washed and the total cost of the service/rental was at no cost. Much thanks to Scott and the Service team. More

Good timely service but very overpriced We were charged $99.00 to look at a door which they stated required a $500.00 part. We got 4 new tires a battery and rear brakes they charged a ridicu We were charged $99.00 to look at a door which they stated required a $500.00 part. We got 4 new tires a battery and rear brakes they charged a ridiculous amount for the service. While standing in line I could see into an office and on a white board there were written numbers showing profit and Service Dept Goals. They clearly profited greatly from our visit. Don’t get me wrong they were quick and professional and I have peace of mind the work was done right but the prices were SKY HIGH!!! More

tire rotation I bring my Camry in for a tire rotation every six months as recommended. Once a year I have the oil changed. When I brought in my car last November I I bring my Camry in for a tire rotation every six months as recommended. Once a year I have the oil changed. When I brought in my car last November I had both services done. It wasn't until I was driving home that I realized that I had had the oil changed in May of 2017, but no one said anything about not needing the oil changed. This time I said to do a tire rotation and oil change but the service agent said I only needed my tires rotated because the oil had been changed six months ago. I appreciate his honesty and not doing a service job that was unnecessary. More
