Tire pressure light on Tire pressure light has been coming on, I came in last week and they checked the tires and told me the light would go off in a couple of days. That was on a Tuesday and if finally went off on Friday and came on again of Saturday, so with the holiday, I came in again and a service man check the tires and as it turns out, there was a nail in the sidewall of one tire and I purchased a new Michelin tire. Service was great. I didn't have an appointment, but they took good care of me and my Camry. More

Went in for an oil change and inspection I did get the oil change in a timely matter but they said that all fluids were topped off but the antifreeze was almost empty and they didn't full it I did get the oil change in a timely matter but they said that all fluids were topped off but the antifreeze was almost empty and they didn't full it even though they put on the receipt that it was filled up. I also recently put new filters in so I know they are good but the receipt said I needed a new one. I think they don't really check everything that they say they check. More

Recall repairs This dealership called me to have my recall issues completed, which was quite a bonus because otherwise I may not have had the worked completed in tim This dealership called me to have my recall issues completed, which was quite a bonus because otherwise I may not have had the worked completed in time to prevent extensive damage to my drive train that was found during the servicing of the vehicle. I would like to thank Mike and the team for getting this problem not only repaired but finding that it was still under warranty and saving me thousands of dollars. As a travel nurse, my 2010 Rav 4 must be more than just dependable and I appreciate the dealership for being concerned enough to keep it in tip top condition for the responsibility. They were fast, friendly and efficient and didn't try to steer me into a newer vehicle. Very Impressive Service! Teri Tetzel More
