Headlights kept burning out, (Toyota's fault); bought 4 new tires and have to return one because it was bad; four times I have had to come in because of a strange noise under the hood of car only to be told that I needed two wheel bearings replaced- which didn't solve the original strange noise problem. This is more than frustrating. Mgt. did comp me a rental car, twice, but within one month I've spent over $2100 and there is still something wrong with my car. I drive 400 miles a week and can't afford to have my car break down on a highway. More

Metro Service They are always friendly and fast to take you to your service rep. I use them for oil changes, tire rotations, and routine maintenance. Overall, they They are always friendly and fast to take you to your service rep. I use them for oil changes, tire rotations, and routine maintenance. Overall, they are pretty thorough with their inspections and the experience is great. Most times they are packed with waiting customers. Average wait time for an oil change I’ve had done is at least an hour. They aren’t an express shop and perform a multi point inspection, so if you are looking for speed, some where else would be better suited. I purchased my vehicle from Metro and have used them for most service. They give you typical dealership rates for other maintenance so you may want to shop around if price is an issue. I really like dealing with Metro. Their staff is great and always treats me well. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone! More
