Quick and efficient I drove up and was entered into the bay immediately. A service tech came up immediately and took my information. I was than showed to the waiting room I drove up and was entered into the bay immediately. A service tech came up immediately and took my information. I was than showed to the waiting room. unexpected surprise While waiting for an oil change on my 2012 Camry a lady came and said that they were looking for some good used Camey's and asked me if I would consid While waiting for an oil change on my 2012 Camry a lady came and said that they were looking for some good used Camey's and asked me if I would consider trading mine if I had enough equity in it. I said "sure". But I had my doubts. After looking at the numbers and appraiseing my car she introduced me to a sales rep named Sam Ibrahim. Sam was very pleasant to do business with. He showed me some Cameys. He never pressuring me. He showed me my options. And I chose the Camry LE. And I drove it home a few hrs later. All of the staff we wonderful .. But Sam was exceptional. I am very pleased with my 2018 Camry .. I just wished I hadn't put new tires on the old one.. but like I said .. this was totally unexpected .. More
