WE HAVE BEEN DEALING WITH kLABEN SINCE THE MID '90'S AND HAVE ALWAYS BEEN COMPLETELY SATISFIED. MIKE IS A GREAT SERVICE REP. ALWAYS EXPLAINING ANYTHING THAT NEEDS TAKEN CARE OF AND WHY. I took my Escape into Klaben because a door catch was giving me problems when opening/closing the driver's door. I walked in and was met by a smiling and friendly face, which is a rarity these days. Mike Brandvold did an awesome job, making sure my car was fixed to my liking as well as keeping me informed of how long I'd be waiting while the repair took place. While the service team was fixing my car, they even gave me a free car wash - super nice to have this time of year. Way to go Klaben Ford! You've got a loyal customer in me. More

I bought a new Mustang GT convertible for my wive and the whole dealer experience was A++. Jeff, our sales guy, did a great job in helping us ordering the perfect vehicle. He was ALWAYS friendly, ALWAYS avai whole dealer experience was A++. Jeff, our sales guy, did a great job in helping us ordering the perfect vehicle. He was ALWAYS friendly, ALWAYS available and didn't leave one question unanswered. Pricing was always very fair. To proof our full satisfaction I ordered another new vehicle (Jeep) for me and had my buddy buy his Flex there as well. Another very important thing to me is the service department. As a car guy I need to trust the people working on my 'toys'. Since I ordered a couple goodies for Mustang and also had a little faux pas with one of the wheels - I already dealt with Klabens service department twice. Both Mike and Kim did an outstanding job. Availability, speed and quality are out of this world! I do recommend Klaben from my heart and will continue to buy and service my vehicles there! Thank you Kim! Thank you Mike! Thank you JT!
