I am not satisfied with Hyundai servicing my Genesis, The experiance is not in keeping with Genesis image. I have had car in 3 times and the car blinks about need for service (change oil) it's a small thing, experiance is not in keeping with Genesis image. I have had car in 3 times and the car blinks about need for service (change oil) it's a small thing, but that's why you pay extra for a luxery car, it's a package, you are selling gems in a paper sack! More

Staff is friendly however repairs have not been correct …2 of our cars have been taken there Both were not fixed on the initial visit / numerous visits and made even worse It’s a very long story and I w …2 of our cars have been taken there Both were not fixed on the initial visit / numerous visits and made even worse It’s a very long story and I would be happy to share this in person with someone that can resolve this (I did talk with the general manager Chris Boger for about 2 hours explaining what has happened.) I was in customer service/sales for over 30 years and your service of actually fixing the car is terrible the worst service on repairing my cars I’ve ever experienced! Over many months I have also talked with the service manager (Bryan) again polite but my cars were not repaired correctly. I don’t want to write more but would / expect to talk to someone regarding my experience as I would never recommend to anyone to take their car there for repairs or buy a car at this dealership. Oh by the way after I picked up my suv on the last repair I found a very sharp needle type tool on our passenger seat that could have caused some serious harm if I hadn’t seen it before I sat in the seat Please contact me on how we can resolve this More

Hyundai treated us poorly. The dealership held the car for a whole month before I had to call to find out that they needed more information. It took another month for them to finally accept the repairs under warranty. Then it took 4 more months to actually get the parts and fix the car. More

From setting up the appointment with Brendan, who was super nice and able to get my Genesis in quickly for normal maintenance and then Mike let us know the duration of our maintenance contract - very hel super nice and able to get my Genesis in quickly for normal maintenance and then Mike let us know the duration of our maintenance contract - very helpful. Andrew was the person who did the work and it was done perfectly and efficiently. Very accurate about the time line for the work to be completed, which was appreciated. We will continue to come to Crestmont Hyundai for our service needs. More
