I have never dealt with this level of Incompetence. The most unprofessional experience I’ve ever had , probably not just with cars , but in this lifetime. Took forever to get back. They put me in a bas The most unprofessional experience I’ve ever had , probably not just with cars , but in this lifetime. Took forever to get back. They put me in a base sonata. If I went to Lexus with a top of the line rx350 , you think they would put me in a Corolla !!?? I had to tell them where to find a rim guy. Not only were the repairs incorrect, they managed to do more damage to my car. Brought it back FILTHY and with dents from trying to replace window trim. And it’s all documented. Twice they had this vehicle. And the worst part is , corporate wants me to take it back to them. 3 dealers total. All complete fails. Let’s just remember people , it’s a Hyundai. They aren’t even close in the big boy luxury race. Stick to an Audi ;) More
