Tuesday my car was scheduled for an oil change and to repair the right tail light. I wait and check the battery drain. I waited two hours and checked I had to leave for a doctors appointment. They had do repair the right tail light. I wait and check the battery drain. I waited two hours and checked I had to leave for a doctors appointment. They had done the oil change but the work with the battery drain was taking a long time, and they had not fixed the tail light which included the turn indicator, which I told them was very important for me And their answer was we didn’t do the tail light we didn’t have the bulb that is inexcusable and it made me very annoyed so that’s my problems. Current problem. Oil change was fine. I have to go back now they want to fix my brakes but I was really upset about the tail light because I really wanted my turn indicator that was a safety hazard and they didn’t fix it . More

Excellent service department. truck went in for 4 days with scheduled engine recall issues and after picking it up I encountered braking issues within 2 hours traveling home . so truck went in for 4 days with scheduled engine recall issues and after picking it up I encountered braking issues within 2 hours traveling home . so I returned it the next day unknowingly if it was related to engine work which it wasn’t. They took truck in 1 st thing in the morning while I waited for repair . It was a bad square o ring on the master cylinder causing breaking issues and warning light to turn on . I was happy that this issue was resolved quickly because I was going to travel the next day 7 hours to Ohio. I couldn’t say enough about the service manager and there service team how pleased I was and this repair was completely covered by warranty. Thank you again More
