Picked up my my rental car that I waited over two weeks for to then be called 20 minutes later that my car was ready that I could pick it up. It was a huge inconvenience. Already having to wait over two we for to then be called 20 minutes later that my car was ready that I could pick it up. It was a huge inconvenience. Already having to wait over two weeks for a rental and now having to go back the same day to pick up my car someone could’ve told me that my car was ready. Apparently only your service manager can tell you when your car is ready which is silly because if they aren’t there, this is the things that happen. It was not my service manager’s fault at all. She was lovely to deal with and very helpful I would work with her again. More
