Ive been calling and left multiple messages for them to call me back and they haven’t. I even text aiden and got no response. Neither of my key fobs worked when I picked up the car, they said they were goi call me back and they haven’t. I even text aiden and got no response. Neither of my key fobs worked when I picked up the car, they said they were going to fill the gas but only put half a tank, and the interest they signed me up for is 21% and I didn’t notice that before I signed. Overall, my experience wasn’t that great. More

I wanted to leave a good review; they are nice enough folks however I must admit they lack credible chops when it comes to troubleshooting GM cars. I purchased a car sight unseen based on the description folks however I must admit they lack credible chops when it comes to troubleshooting GM cars. I purchased a car sight unseen based on the description of the car from the dealer (I live 6 hours away from the dealership) . The car was nearly perfect, however there were some minor issues that need to get resolved with the folding top. They did resolve the issue but left me with another issue. They were not able to deliver the car on time because of issues they stated beyond their control, so I was delayed about three weeks picking up the car, they agreed to meet me at the PA/NY boarder to deliver the car. I walked around the car, no issues were present, I took delivery of the car, went down the street two miles to gas it up for my return trip and the dash started flashing SRS warnings, the airbag alarm. When I got it home, I took it to a GM dealer in CT to get the alarm issue resolved. I had looked up the issue online and through the SSR forum and it showed clearly that they did not program the controller module correctly. The cost was 200.00 for them to simply code in the vin number as was required when the other dealer Carlisle did not program it correctly. I don’t blame the local shop as it was their standard diagnostic fee. So, I notified the Sales manager Michael at Carlisle Cadillac, I thought at the very least they would offer to pay the bill as they did not fix it at their dealership first, all I got was crickets. Best of luck with dealing with these guys, I guess if I was local and was possibly going to buy a car another day, they may have fixed this, based on what happen I cannot provide any encouragement for anyone to do business with them as the seem to lack integrity. More

Unremarkable and typical dealer experience. I knew more about the vehicle and other vehicles than the salesman. Salesman made friends with us then positioned himself as being with us in the p I knew more about the vehicle and other vehicles than the salesman. Salesman made friends with us then positioned himself as being with us in the price battle with management. Unfortunately, management wouldn't budge on the price. If not for my spouse, I was prepared to walk. Offer came back with a couple of unnecessary, profit making add ons which we declined. Although we said we were paying cash, we still got turned over to the F & I guy who tried to stick us with even more unnecessary, profit laden add ons - which we declined. I will not recommend and unless I fall under the spell of another used car offering of yours, most likely, I won't be back. More

Not flexible and they take advantage of the situation when others solutions may be an option. I drove 6 hours to buy a used Jeep. My trade thru a CEL when they took it for a drive. They assumed worse repair possible and was unwilling to finalize the deal on Monday when their mechanic could confirm the actual repair needed. Cost me $3500. They knew I was 6 hours away from home and they took advantage of that. More
