Best car salesman I have ever worked with… I have many great salesmen I return to as I love exotic performance cars and American muscle… someone told me he is #2 Alfa salesman in the country… I believe he great salesmen I return to as I love exotic performance cars and American muscle… someone told me he is #2 Alfa salesman in the country… I believe he should be # 1 and I will buy as many cars from him as possible even when a better option (miles condition price) is available because he treats me better than any of my other sales people…. I would buy Ferrari s from him but he is not allowed (I get it same family/umbrella company)… also… AVA is awesome and under appreciated underrated and should have her own business cards … I send women to that dealer and tell them to go to Ava and she will take them to a salesman that will treat them right… my female friends in middle America have generally been screwed over by many male car salesman and being able to approach a female that takes them to a salesperson makes them feel comfortable where they would have gone to Medina auto mall instead and been taken advantage of…, wish Maggie from Porsche north Olmsted worked there and I could just tell them look for Maggie… sigh, they are generally not in the financial position to buy from the Porsche dealer and you all don’t have a Maggie.,, so be good to Ava… and Brett (love his knowledge of performance vehicles, and Cris in service I prefer to serrvice ALL my cars most of which are not Alfa… best performance car service guy I have ever met… love this dealership More

I've worked with a few of the sales professionals at multiple Alfa dealerships and Michael stands out, ab Killiany, but most especially Michael Gray! I've worked with a few of the sales professionals at multiple Alfa dealerships and Michael stands out, above and beyond, all of them. He and I have been discussing my now vehicle for five months. He was never pushy and always maintained a connection and presence - he truly 'worked for this sale' with the utmost professionalism I've/We've ever had with any dealership. We are first time customers of Alfa Romeo Strongsville, but not first time Alfa customers (we have purchased/leased several other Alfas from other dealerships). Michael and Strongsville went WAY above and beyond in regard to their customer/client service experience and we will highly recommend him, and the Strongsville team, to all of our other "Alfa Friends" and Family as well as in the Alfa Club we belong to.
