This dealership was fantastic to work with. Michael Ball was my salesman and from the moment we met he was courteous and just wanted to help me. The vehicle was not at the lot yet so he kept me Michael Ball was my salesman and from the moment we met he was courteous and just wanted to help me. The vehicle was not at the lot yet so he kept me updated with the status of the vehicle and information related to the vehicle. Once I was able to come in as I was traveling at the time, he was helpful, never pushy, and once again as courteous as can be. He mentioned that his goal was to not just sell me a car but to keep me as a loyal customer for years to come.......goal achieved! My only downside for the day of purchase is they were under staffed in the finance department and so we had to wait quite a while to get back there. Once in there, the rest of the process went very smoothly as Chris explained all the options to us and helped us get to the number we wanted to be at! More

After coming to the conclusion that it was time to replace my "loved" 2005 Toyota Highlander, I decided to start looking for a newer Highlander. Michael Ball was so very helpful when I came to look at replace my "loved" 2005 Toyota Highlander, I decided to start looking for a newer Highlander. Michael Ball was so very helpful when I came to look at a newer certified used Highlander. I was alone and had to make a pretty quick decision and he was really helpful! I wanted a car that felt "familiar" to me and this one was perfect! Michael was wonderful! Very knowledgeable of the vehicle and it's features, very patient and easy going and easy to relate to. Sam and Chris in the finance department did a great job as well! Buying a new car can be a very stressful experience but your team at Ed Martin made everything go smoothly! I will recommend Michael to my friends and family! More

I came to Ed Martin looking for a new-to-me Tacoma. My sales consultant, Michael, was easy going and I never felt pressured into a vehicle.
