Very pleasant and professional staff. Extra warranties and protection packages were offered without any pressure, and we were treated with polite respect when we declined them. The only negative aspect was Toyota's inability to meet our strong preference for the factory spare tire option, but this in no way reflects poorly on the dealer experience. I think we all know that most dealers will shift numbers to fit, but they were very straightforward. Here's our vehicle cost, less the posted discount, and a realistic trade value. Michael was extremely professional to deal with and I couldn't be happier with my purchase. Highly recommend Michael for his integrity and customer service stance. I also have to mention Xavier Potter in Finance. He was friendly and professional with no pressure to alter what our plan was with concern to our own finance.
