Overall the dealership is fine but they speak of the top notch service department and how the truck was serviced for the sale. Not sure if it had been. The cabin filter looked like it had never been changed as well as the engine air filter. Called Benjamin about this and he said that he talked to the manager and he said that they would do nothing about it. It also had window tint that was torn on the drivers side door that they refused to do anything about that as well. They also want to charge $599 for window tint at the point of sale but luckily I denied that charge as part of the deal. I had to beg them for a second key fob because it didn’t have one. They did throw it in but I had to choose between that and scratches that needed fixed. Overall it was an ok experience but I think they need to be more customer friendly and not act like everything that the customer asks for is going to bankrupt the dealership. More
