I had a recall in which they kept me in the loop and replaced my windshield with factory parts, gave my vehicle a complete inspection, and serviced the Oil and filter, and all fluids, topping off everything. I was offered coffee and a cookie in very professional relaxed environs. Mellissa is very detailed and cares about her customers and is consistent. She is my go-to person and I recommend her to other people that have bought their vehicles at this dealership. I would like to mention Kevin also.
