disappointed was disappointed by my last service time....was there 4 1/2 hrs for a routine oil change...I have in the past been able to pull into the dealership an was disappointed by my last service time....was there 4 1/2 hrs for a routine oil change...I have in the past been able to pull into the dealership and get it done...but yesterday took horribly long...it's my only day off from my job....the staff was very courteous but the time, not....as I was leaving, after my time spent, the salesman that originally sold me my transit van, came out to say hello and provide support and explain the service department has been affected by having to take service folks from a local Toyota dealer...he apologized but said things are not great there....so next time I will have to I guess, make an appointment, but i'm not sure if that will reduce time spent waiting... More
