Thanks to the extra efforts of the Service Department regarding the extended warranty on my 2018 Ford F-150, I came back to look at trading it in. After meeting with Jim Jefferies and viewing vehicles, I regarding the extended warranty on my 2018 Ford F-150, I came back to look at trading it in. After meeting with Jim Jefferies and viewing vehicles, I selected a leftover 2023 F-150. The options, the direct interactions, with Sean, Chris, Gage and others, lead to a great package as I qualified for 1.9%, a payment less than my trade-in truck. I have no issues in making Palm Coast Ford my preferred dealership. More

The customer service was absolutely amazing! I've never been one to walk into a car dealership and expect a good experience... ever! But Palm Coast Ford's staff, including Jim Jeffries, helped I've never been one to walk into a car dealership and expect a good experience... ever! But Palm Coast Ford's staff, including Jim Jeffries, helped put any concerns at ease. The process was easy, every question or concern we had was answered. The great service didn't end after we purchased our vehicle, either. The next day, I had to drop off the other FOB for our trade in and I was greeted with excellent service. It was sprinkling a little and one of the staff members came out to greet me with an umbrella! I would definitely purchase another vehicle from Palm Coast Ford and recommend them to anyone looking to purchase a new or used vehicle. I trust them 100% More
