I've been taking my Jeeps to Sands for service for the past 17 years. I've also purchased my current JK Wrangler from Sands in 2016. This last service visit, as with all the ones before it, was a great past 17 years. I've also purchased my current JK Wrangler from Sands in 2016. This last service visit, as with all the ones before it, was a great experience. They do an excellent job every time with the work to be performed (and I'm very picky), are very accommodating with scheduling and loaner vehicles, and are genuinely nice folks who are very knowledgeable about the product they're selling and servicing. I've owned various Jeep vehicles since 1997 and Sands is by far the best dealership I've worked with for the initial sale, as well as after-sales service, parts, cosmetic detailing, and collision repair (at the Red Hill body shop). Highly recommended!!! More

We were in ILLINOIS visiting family when we had a problem with our Jeep. I called a dealership there for help. The diagnosed the problem over the phone. They said it was the thermostat and it would take 2 we with our Jeep. I called a dealership there for help. The diagnosed the problem over the phone. They said it was the thermostat and it would take 2 weeks to get the part. So I called Sands who said they could have it next day. That’s great but I’m in IL. Long story short, we decided to rent a car ($750) for our stay and tow the Jeep back home. Turns out it wasn’t the thermostat. Glad we brought it home to Sands. Everyone was very helpful even willing to overnight the thermostat to me in IL. More
