This is absolutely the worst dealership I've ever experienced. I took my truck in for a warranty repair due to a popping sound in the front end. It was determined that the outside left tie rod en experienced. I took my truck in for a warranty repair due to a popping sound in the front end. It was determined that the outside left tie rod end was defective. The first issue was they ordered the incorrect part. They returned the truck to me after 5 days, but they never performed a front-end alignment which caused my front tires to wear excessively. I schedule the truck again because not only was my front tire very worn, and there was now a new noise. I took it to different shop which confirmed the front-end alignment was way out on tie rod they replaced. All other were perfect. They Service Manager basically said, too bad and refused to service my truck again or provide any reimbursement of any kind. Stay far away from this dealership. You've been warned. More
