MURICE, the used car sale manager very communicative and helpful does the extra mile after the sale for Veterans or anyone, Keith, the used car Service manager treats my vehicle as his own, and April, the transfer title personnel is very knowledgeable of each states title requirements and handles your title quickly. All personnel at Firkins are Veteran friendly so I recommend to veterans to shop at Firkins: a good shopping experience. Terrible dealer to work with. They try to gouge you with huge document fees. Go somewhere else to purchase a vehicle.
