MURICE, the used car sale manager very communicative and helpful does the extra mile after the sale for Veterans or anyone, Keith, the used car Service manager treats my vehicle as his own, and April, the transfer title personnel is very knowledgeable of each states title requirements and handles your title quickly. All personnel at Firkins are Veteran friendly so I recommend to veterans to shop at Firkins: a good shopping experience. Process was very easy there. I was set up with Mark Gray almost as soon as I entered the showroom. Within 10 minutes I was in the car we were looking for. My wife and I were taking a test drive in no time. almost as soon as I entered the showroom. Within 10 minutes I was in the car we were looking for. My wife and I were taking a test drive in no time. Mark was very friendly and very cordial through out the entire process. Unfortunately you had just installed a new computer system and this sort of hindered the purchase process some what. No fault of Marks. He had the car readied and sent me to the young Lady who took care of all of the paper work unfortunately I cannot recall her name. But she was also very excellent. All in all it was a very calm and easy experience. More

My second vehicle with Firkins, everyone was calm and helpful, vehicle inventory was broad and prices were competitive. I met Dwayne and immediately knew he would help me on my own terms. Ricardo helped helpful, vehicle inventory was broad and prices were competitive. I met Dwayne and immediately knew he would help me on my own terms. Ricardo helped out to get me through the process while Dwayne was working with someone else upon my return. Although the process takes some time we were comfortable and felt confident we would be treated with respect and fairly. We were not disappointed, I traded my vehicles and purchased a Certified preowned van. Thank you once again Firkins and crew More

My experience Liked the vehicle. Felt a little rushed to finish everything. Had to come back the next day to get items not received. No gas in the car when I lef Liked the vehicle. Don't feel the best financing available was offered. Staff was nice. Manager Kevin helped close the deal with a couple of added perks. He was very friendly and had great customer service.
