Falmouth Toyota recognizes that we are in the internet age. The basics of my deal were done by instant messaging. The first contact was Shallana Medina, who was very careful to clarify exactly what I wanted, and she did not attempt to lead me in any other directions. This first contact was important; I knew what I wanted. Later, it took five or ten minutes to work out the deal with Keith Stanger--again by instant messaging. A few days later I needed a ride to the dealership by the very pleasant Rihanna. The friendly and upbeat Coby Signs handed the final details efficiently and before long I was on my way. To top it off, a couple of days later I even received a phone call from ownership (Matt Murphy) to ask how things were going. More
