Complete satisfaction ! I have never written to anyone before, but after my experience with Falmouth Toyota, I felt I had too. I was in need to replace my '06' Sienna and I h I have never written to anyone before, but after my experience with Falmouth Toyota, I felt I had too. I was in need to replace my '06' Sienna and I had heard they were terrific to work with. So my wife and I visited their dealership and was blown away from the very beginning. Our sales representative Ken Collings took as much time as we needed, drove as many cars as we wanted, asked and had all our questions answered, and most importantly, got an awesome price on a '14' Sienna. Peter Cavicchi is the best in the finance dept. And they followed up with me. It wasn't just about a sale. They were interested in you. I received a call 2 days after I took ownership of the car from Ken. Then I received a call from their General Manager Matt Murphy a few days after that. That just shows how thorough they are from top to bottom. My advice -- GO !! You won't be disappointed. More

Falmouth Toyota is a no stress, quality buying experierence I recently purchased a 2009 Toyota Camry at Falmouth Toyota. This vehicle is the 5th Camry I have purchased from Falmouth Toyota since 1991. The vehic I recently purchased a 2009 Toyota Camry at Falmouth Toyota. This vehicle is the 5th Camry I have purchased from Falmouth Toyota since 1991. The vehicle I traded in was a 1999 Camry with 321,000 miles on it. I cannot say enough about the quality of the vehicles or the service at this dealership. For my first 4 Camrys purchased through Falmouth Toyota, I dealt exclusively with Matt Murphy. So, when it was time to buy my 5th, I never hesitated. I went right back to Matt, who also introduced me to John O'Keeffe. Matt and I spoke about what it was I was looking for this time around and what would suit my current driving needs. Sure enough, I was put in the right car right off the bat for a test drive with John. John answered all my questions regarding the updated features of the 2009 over my trade-in and the test drive went great. I went back to Matt and we immediately agreed on the price for the car. No haggling! Matt and I were of the exact same mind as to the price. I bought the car right on the spot and did the financing portion with Amy Killoran. I briefly spoke to Amy about what I expected for an interest rate and she went back to her desk, looked around at the multiple financing institutions they deal with and found exactly what I was expecting. Falmouth Toyota service then did a final "once over" on the car to make sure it looked brand new when I drove it off the lot when I picked it up 2-3 days later. John O'Keeffe also had the car inspected, registered it and transferred my old plates to the new car. You will never have a better car buying experience than at Falmouth Toyota. I know, for myself, I will always come back to Falmouth Toyota based on the relationship built with Matt Murphy all those years ago. More

I bought my 1st Toyota from David, and from that day forward, I was sold on Falmouth Falmouth Toyota has been "my" dealership for more than 18 years. I bought my 1st Toyota from David, and from that day forward, I was sold on Falmouth Toyota. Since that time, including my current purchase, I have bought 1 new and 1 used Toyota from David. He is attentive to his customer's needs and personal preferences, which is part of what makes the sales experience a positive one. The rest of the sales team is just as professional and attentive to detail. The same is true of the service department. Tony and Taylor have especially been incredibly supportive and attentive throughout the years of maintaining my vehicles. The staff at Falmouth Toyota truly treats their customers like family. Their honesty, reliability, professionalism and trustworthiness are traits that are above and beyond the average. (My experience with multiple dealerships that I dealt with prior to buying my first Toyota gives me valid reasons to make such comparisons). I wholeheartedly recommend Falmouth Toyota for their sales and service, and am especially thankful for the staff that I have worked with directly over the years. More

Falmouth Toyota just won't let you Leave unhappy . After our new Tacoma was involved in a rear end collision we were injured and very devastated and traumatized only to find out our vehicle had diminis After our new Tacoma was involved in a rear end collision we were injured and very devastated and traumatized only to find out our vehicle had diminished in value just because it was in an accident .No one wanted to give us a fair price for our new Tacoma that was in an accident so we went back to the place we know and trust Falmouth Toyota where we purchased it . Matt Murphy the main reason Falmouth Toyota is what it is Today treated us like family and did what no other dealer would do purchased back the Tacoma for a fair price and helped us get into a New Vehicle once again and is event helping us to get back our diminished value . No pushy salesman here either . Craig Kinney was always very patient and professional and courteous and when he didn't have any rental cars available for us to drive he called Hertz and got us one , In Financing Amy Killoran made us feel at home and was such a pleasure as always to deal with and after doing all the paper work and finding us a vehicle when it came in we had second thoughts and were not happy with it . She refused to send us home unhappy with the 1st Vehicle and she got us into 2nd Vehicle but after a problem with the 2nd one she got us into a 3rd one because she wouldn't let us go home unhappy .She insisted it was no problem it's her job to make us happy . So Ask yourself what other dealer would do all that and do it with a smile ? Not to mention they have the lowest paperwork fee anywhere by far and the lowest prices around . If you like pushy salesman go somewhere else . If you want to throw away your hard earned money go somewhere else they'll be glad to take it from you . If you want to leave Unhappy go somewhere else . You won't find any of those things and you won't leave unhappy at Falmouth Toyota Because they just won't let you . More

Upon pick-up of the car, he reviewed the key features before I drove away. I feel I could always call him back if I had a question and he would be happy to help. During my purchase, Matt Murphy introduced himself and made it clear that they would do their best to provide me with the best value on both my trade-in and new purchase.
