I met Tom Murphy, John O"Keeffe, Matt Murphy and Todd Davis. All of them went above and beyond without anything being pushy. John was very good and explained everything to me about the car and even helped program my phone in with me. He had the patience of a saint. I wasn't sure and even asked to test drive a different car and off we went. I was in at 11am and left to drive home with my new car by 3pm and EVERYTHING was done ie: plates, registration, taxes, Insurance and financing. The amount of vehicles to chose from is excellent and the prices are very fair. Thank you John for being the sales consultant and actually giving me the BEST experience I have ever had buying a car. You were professional, patient and kind. Thank you Todd for completing my financing. It was truly the easiest I've ever been through. Thank you Tom for all the e-mailing back and forth before I even came in. Thank you Matt for running such a wonderful business there and asking if all my needs were being taken care of efficiently. Our "new to us" 2013 RAV4 So many of you. Who needed so many of you? I guess we needed so many of you. We were fine with Ron. Then Matt stepped in and very soon after that So many of you. In any case we were doing just fine and it was a blast with so many of you. Hold on to Ron. Had to come back after reading last question: "Were you left alone for more than 5 minutes.....?" Are you serious? I especially liked the final part after purchasing our RAV4. The inspection. Dealing with so many elves just before Christmas? Who wouldn't enjoy the experience? Once we got the car home I thought that might be the end of it (except for paying for it of course). The end? No way. We got 5 phone calls from Falmouth Toyota - each and every phone call was friendly and nice. I continued to say as I picked up the phone day after day after day, "You are not getting the car back." I forget what the calls were about except they kept coming and they became a household funny. "It's Toyota again honey!" And this survey proves it doesn't it? "It's Toyota again honey!" More

Our salesman Ken Collings was absolutely outstanding. Knowledgeable, honest, forthcoming and above all friendly. You don't feel the pressure of most car dealerships when you deal with Ken, and our finance guy Justin White was top level too. Matt Murphy has a fantastic team in place from the sales to the finance to the service departments. Outstanding. 5 star. Will definitely be back again and highly recommend Falmouth Toyota. More

We have purchased 6 cars in the past years from this dealership, but our last car was a Honda CRV because we had to tow the car behind our RV. We sat in the Rav4 and it was very comfortable, especially for my husband's back. Our salesman, Coby Signs, knew everything about the car. He was a wonderful help and very pleasant. We drove home in a new Rav 4 and we just love it. It is nice to be back with this dealership again. A few days after our puchase, Matt called to see how we liked our new car. Unbelievable! More

Ron Sjahfiedin treated us fairly and proved willing to work with us on all of our purchases. Our sales cycle was lengthy due to my schedule but Ron patiently hung in there with just the right amount of contact. We were looking for a Rav4 but Ron kept our options open and found us the 'perfect' car. I look forward to dealing with him again. There was great follow-up by Matt Murphy and Peter Cavicchi that told us we were in the right place. More
