Great people, great place to buy a car! Falmouth Toyota was awesome! From us stopping to look at the lot after hours, only to be seen and given a cell number in the case we needed anything, Falmouth Toyota was awesome! They were great! Again, NO pressure! We found them to be the best, most knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly! I won't waste my time anywhere else! This was the first car experience that was a pleasure!! We have bought many cars! Thank you Falmouth Toyota !! You guys are awesome!!! I will drive the extra from the South Shore to have the car serviced there too! Service Dept. is like no other. I'm used to sitting for long periods of time in service in Toyota, Kingston, MA., being bullied that my car needs more service than necessary, with rude workers looking women up and down, very unprofessional and expensive in Kingston! Falmouth Toyota really is worth the ride!!!! More

The service I received from Matt and his team was (and continues to be) extraordinary. In order to get a truck with exactly the features I wanted, it had to be ordered. The sales team worked to place the order in a timely fashion, but the wait time was still significant. Matt went out of his way to spare me any inconvenience by providing, free of charge, a loaner truck for me to use while I waited for my new truck to arrive. I have been overwhelmed by the quality of customer service at Falmouth Toyota. More
