Will never go anywhere else! Great Customer Service - Quite Responsive About 6 months before my lease expired, I contacted my previous Client Advisor, who unfortunately was no longer with Ferman. She provided a referral a About 6 months before my lease expired, I contacted my previous Client Advisor, who unfortunately was no longer with Ferman. She provided a referral at the dealership who placed me in the responsive hands of Mike Attita. Mike helped me custom designed my vehicle and kept me apprised of the process. David Theado contacted me when the car was expected in port and then to the dealership. Upon its arrival, David placed my husband and me in the capable arms of Mary Keller. She was outstanding - extremely attentive and made sure everything was to my approval. Aaron Cox thoroughly and quickly walked us through the mass of paperwork. David touched base as we moved through the process. BMW Genius Stone Quevil was prompt and quick in programming the garage opener. Ferman BMW really knows how to treat their customers. More

Sales, repairs and finance great - “Genius” staff not great The only reason I did not give a 10 star rating is because of the lack of attention provided by the BMW genius staff. He was on his cell phone lookin The only reason I did not give a 10 star rating is because of the lack of attention provided by the BMW genius staff. He was on his cell phone looking at emails the entire 10 minutes he spent with me, and was completely disinterested in showing me the newest features of the BMW 330i. I have owned 2 prior models - a BMW 328ix and 328i models - with plenty of upgrades, but the latest 330i with active cockpit, remote start, and Apple car play had a few features I was not familiar with and he did not bother to demonstrate. I still have not figured out remote start. Even worse, he provided completely erroneous information about charging an Apple iPhone. Not only did he say that I had to purchase a special cord, he had no idea there was wireless charging in addition to a standard Apple plug-in charger. When I asked about the standard charging port I noticed near the cup holders, he said that would not work with an Apple charger. Wrong! His attitude and lack of knowledge was very disappointing. For anyone spending almost $50,000 (or more) on a new car, they should get better service from the Genius staff. Fortunately, my longtime sales person, always goes above and beyond and corrected the erroneous information the “Genius” provided. If you are going to employ a staff of “Geniuses” so that the sales staff can focus on the bottom line - selling cars - they should be willing to do their job. More

Was being transferred to nursing home when wife went down to bring him home to NJ. Call this dealership told to late stuck with car passed 30 days return explained details stated above and the car only has 700 miles on it . Told again too late If I could would give them no starts heartless money people Beware!!! More
