I was not surprised I ve been to many Ford dealership and this is by far the best! Martin, is probably one of the best salesman I've ever dealt with. I was not surprised to see that he has so many happy customers at his desk waiting to test drive some new cars. We were treated with respect, no pressure, and were even told to get a second opinion if we didn't believe we were getting the best deal. I don't know of any salesman that does that. He happily prepared 2 test drives for us and would probably not hesitate to bring a 3rd if we ask. Martin was very humble and when something couldn't be done he gave us straight answers. I am in the market for another vehicle and will definitely purchase from Erinwood Ford again. More

Amazingly smooth I had a very hard time finding a dealership who was willing to work with my tight timeline until I came by Martin at Erinwood. The new styling is nice and we could get more features for the money compared to new. Erinwood had the best 2013 inventory by far of any dealership we looked at online or in person. There was also a range of prices and models to choose from. Martin was very helpful and didn't put unnecessary pressure on us to buy the first day we walked into the dealership. He provided all of the information we needed and was willing to go to bat for us on pricing. There wasn't a lot of room to negotiate price, but I think that everything together was fair. Martin also made sure that all of the miscellaneous things, like floor mats, that don't always come along with used cars were there. He also came in on his day off to help with our trade-in vehicle. We knew what to expect at every step along the way. More

The sales person, Martin Manzies, was extremely helpful and responsive to all my requests, and a pleasure to deal with. The price was very, very, competitive and the service could not have been better. I was coming from out of town to pick up the car the day after making the deal and was delayed past their closing time due to he heavy traffic.
