Martin Menzies Service Overall I am a Chevy girl at heart but Martin Menzies was able to make me feel comfortable enough to purchase a 2016 Mustang with no gimmicks or bribe Overall I am a Chevy girl at heart but Martin Menzies was able to make me feel comfortable enough to purchase a 2016 Mustang with no gimmicks or bribes, just straight up honesty and integrity for his customers. I will suggest anyone who I come across that is looking for a vehicle whether it be new or used to go to Erinwood Ford and ask for Martin Menzies. He goes above and beyond as a sales rep and if required will give the shirt off his back to ensure customer satisfaction. I think the most astonishing part is that usually once the sale is sealed and the vehicle is handed over the relationship ends with the sales rep and starts with the service rep but not in Martin's case if needed the relationship remains forever as long as you are driving. Best Vehicle Purchase Experience Ever! The fabulous website and great advertised prices enticed us in from Barrie...on a summer Friday afternoon even! Martin was great to work with. We kn The fabulous website and great advertised prices enticed us in from Barrie...on a summer Friday afternoon even! Martin was great to work with. We knew what we wanted and he delivered, hustling to get us back on the road before cottage country traffic was too terrible. Adam and Carol (my new best friend!) were great to deal with as well. We picked up our new Escape a week later. We can hardly wait until it's my husband's turn for a new Explorer. Martin...it's a date! More

Martin is the good luck charm I came in looking to get information, I felt no pressure to buy even tho Martin knew I was looking at other trucks.. His great attitude was key to me I came in looking to get information, I felt no pressure to buy even tho Martin knew I was looking at other trucks.. His great attitude was key to me picking Erinwood Ford. Martin "promised" me a certain date and even tho it was tight (my fault) he pulled it off.. He tells you how it is and what is best. But never pressures and gets what you want.. Being a young guy Martin treating me with respect right of the bat felt great as going others dealers just let me walk by. Brought my parents in to see the truck and he had no issue answering all their questions. They are going in to see him to buy their next truck. Martin rocks!!! More
