Martin Menzies was Amazing! I first met Martin on a Sunday afternoon when I was looking at the Mustangs with my parents. He came over to us and started a casual conversation on the Mustang GT, it was such a pleasurable and humorous conversation, he spoke to me not as a salesperson but with the honesty of a friend. A half hour went by and I did not even realize, he was very patient answering our questions. A couple weeks passed I found a Mustang of my liking on the Erin Woods website, I called Martin to help me get this vehicle and he did just that. I am a proud owner of my first car, a Mustang GT and Martin made it possible. I can't thank him enough!! More

2017 Mustang < 24 hours from start to finish After browsing through websites of various Ford dealerships in the GTA, Erinwood Ford clearly had the widest selection of Mustangs on hand. The posted prices on their website were also very competitive. Called them on a Wednesday afternoon and spoke to Clayton about a couple of models I was interested in. She wasn't going to be around when I wanted to visit so she set me up with Martin. I went over that evening and was early for my appointment. Martin was busy with other customers, yet came over to greet me and attended to me shortly after. He heard my needs, offered his suggestions, and talked me through all options available. He was courteous, friendly and relatable - no slick sales tactics. Once we started talking numbers, he immediately got me a price that was very close to what I wanted to pay - no running back and forth with the sales manager or "what can i do to earn your business tonight" stuff. We locked down the deal and he offered delivery the next day which was fantastic. The following day, he helped me chase down my insurance broker to take care of the paperwork and was super responsive to emails/text messages and kept me apprised throughout the day on the status of getting my vehicle ready. When I arrived at the dealership that evening, he had everything organized and I was out of there in barely 30 minutes - less than 24 hours after I first walked in. He did a follow-up inquiry with me 2 days later and has even offered to keep in touch post the sale and asked me to skip calling their service dept and just reach out to him for anything at all. This is what I call real customer service - professional and customer-centric from start to finish. Needless to say, I thoroughly enjoyed the respectful and stress-free buying experience with Martin. If anyone is looking to buy a Ford vehicle in the GTA, you HAVE to go see Martin for the best car buying experience. More

I would buy my next vehicle from this Dealer for sure I was in the market for a new F 150 but needed help with the package, colour, features and options. I first went to Yonge and Steeles Ford and met with Howard. Howard wasn't helpful and seemed to belittle me making me feel insignificant. He said " we sell more Trucks than any other dealer in Canada". He asked what I did for a living and after that it was a poker face stand off. So I reached out to a friend in automotive media and he said come with me to Dave's Dealership he will set you up. We arrived Saturday and Dave was bright eyed and bushy tailed. The entire staff seemed to buzzing around with spring spirit. I was introduced to Martin and what can I say, we clicked instantly. He bent over backwards to make the deal happen. He really took an interest in my wants and needs. Both Dave and Martin's personal insight about the F 150 Truck is what sold me and I bought a brand new vehicle that day. Carol in Financing was unbelievable right from the start. I will be back in a couple of weeks to purchase my Truck bed liner from Erinwood Ford they are fantastic. More

I would (and already have) reccomended this dealer to numerous friends, family and associates- it was easy to see why Erinwood is rated #1. I am ecstatic with the vehicle and consider myself knowledgable and proficient with the numerous features it offers thanks to Martin and everyone at Erinwood. On a final note as someone who has been in the car business for 20-plus years it was extrmely refreshing to deal with Martin who gives an immediate "master of his craft" impression and constantly maintained a very laid back, informative, and not pushy whatsoever approach, ultimately perfectly delivering the exact vehicle I was hoping for while staying within my budget.
