My son watches Space Jam a lot and now one of his idols is Michael Jordan! He was estatic to hear he gets to now play just like MK! Customer Service 101!! I chose Erinwood Ford because my sale representatives went above and beyond in putting myself in the right vehicle. It took roughly 3 days for Ms. Rob I chose Erinwood Ford because my sale representatives went above and beyond in putting myself in the right vehicle. It took roughly 3 days for Ms. Robyn Barrett to get me all situated and keep me informed every step of the process! The connection felt right between the two of us and she did NOT pressure me to make any decision because I was in desperate need for a vehicle having 2 jobs and children to tote around. The environment is very clean and staff knowledge about their products. Also upon arrival, Martin Menzies greeted me, congratulated me on my new purchase and took the time to show me how all the tricks and gadgets work in my vehicle!! Was not looking for a specific sales person and Martin ended up being assigned to me fo Went in to look into buying a Ford Fiesta ST from Erinwood. Was not looking for a specific sales person and Martin ended up being assigned to me for the evening. Martin was very friendly and engaged in his work. To me it felt more as if I was just looking at vehicles with a friend rather than a pushy salesman trying to force me into something or push extras / different cars on me. After my test drive Martin did not ask me if I was going to buy it or when; he just said "let me know when you are ready, and give me a call" I really appreciated this courtesy as many sales people will call and call and follow up and push for results rather than being patient and respectful to their client. When I bought the car he worked really hard along with his colleagues to get the car prepared for me in just 2 days which was awesome. My overall experience with Martin was fantastic and I would recommend him to anyone looking to buy from Erinwood. More

New Ford Escape - 2017 I have been a Ford guy for the last 13 years. This time I planned to change and buy a Mazda or a Nissan but as soon as I entered the Erinwood Ford and I have been a Ford guy for the last 13 years. This time I planned to change and buy a Mazda or a Nissan but as soon as I entered the Erinwood Ford and met this great great Sales professional Martin Menzies who made me decide literally in 10 mins that it is going to be Ford again. I would always and have already referred a couple of my friends to buy a Ford as long as it is Martin who is looking after you, you can never go wrong. Martin is a person you can fully rely on in terms of knowledge of the product and assisting you for a smooth after sales as well. All in all Martin was one of the main reasons I decided for Ford as I know I will be looked after always. Also I have to say a big thank you to Robyn as well for helping me on the finances part as well. More
