I came in and looked at a truck, while they did bait and switch and as of today the other truck is still lited at 42,000 but when you get there it’s now 15000 more… it’s blatant at this point. Outside of that just make sure you ask questions and don’t let them rush you through the process and you’ll be good. Like anywhere else pay attention to what you’re signing and read before you do. My salesman was nice and worked for us while we were there and make sure we were happy. Got a good deal on my trade, took them the offer from the last dealership with kbb value and they beat it by another 1000. The service department was quick and easy when i scheduled work and we were in and out in under an hour. They have a nice cafe inside and the food is really good. More
