Questionable whether we would recommend service- I have a friend with a xc6 and they seem to like Lyn. Bryce is our normal service advisor but was out. There was a double charge for spark plugs on our bi friend with a xc6 and they seem to like Lyn. Bryce is our normal service advisor but was out. There was a double charge for spark plugs on our bill and when I called it to Marks attention the bill was updated and the $111 for duplicate spark plugs removed but then on the revised bill an additional $120.54 was added to the first line. Not sure what is going on, but my husband brought the bills to the dealership and Jeramy, Service Director, removed the additional $120.54. Unfortunately he had to make a trip to the dealership to get the error straightened out, Mark knew it had the duplicate charge but said it should have never been printed, but would not just remove the duplicate over the phone for me. We bought a 2025 Xc 90 a few months ago, not sure we would have made that purchase with all the air conditioning repairs we have had on this 2019. Thought it was fixed back in October with $900 bill but then the air conditioning went out completely right after we purchased the 2025. Hard to believe a 2019 has to have its air conditioning replaced!! More

The service has gotten progressively worse in the last few times I’ve taken my car here. From lack of communication to no detailing I’ve become disappointed from where we started to where we’ve come. I took my car in for an oil change and inspection. I texted and tried to communicate with the service advisor to no avail. I had to call the next day to check on the status of my car and go find out it was ready for pick up. More
