Had to bring my car in at the last minute repair for a tire that had a hole in it an hour before service closed. They were able to give me an emergency loaner and all the service was done in a timely mann tire that had a hole in it an hour before service closed. The email I received said the ZAKTEC appointment would take 3 to 4 hours. I arrived at the service department for my scheduled appointment at 7:00 AM and was promptly received. My car was returned to me a take 3 to 4 hours. I arrived at the service department for my scheduled appointment at 7:00 AM and was promptly received. My car was returned to me at 3:30 PM. After 6 hours I was told the car was headed to the car wash. Two and a half hours later, at 3:30 they had the car ready. I can’t help but assume the service department wasn’t providing an accurate accounting of the vehicles status. I could understand if there was a backlog causing delays but that was never mentioned. I expected better. More

The Service was excellent, Mark answerd all my questions and I have few things to provide feedback on the vehicle. First - Post software upgrade the look and feel of the display is good, but the Aut and I have few things to provide feedback on the vehicle. First - Post software upgrade the look and feel of the display is good, but the Automatic cameras are not working as expected when i drive into parking lot its not defecting and showing the camera most of the time. i have to do it manually every time when i park the vehicle. Second- I came to know that Volvo cars do not give a sound during the blind spot detection when we keep left or right signal.. this is a security feature add the an alram or sound.. I know the mirror shows the indication but a beep or alram sound will alert the driver as well which is missing.. please try to add the feature as soon as possibile to give some sound which will help. More

Jordan Farmer and his team at Crest are the best thing that happened to Volvo in Texas.
