Kaleb Crawford was the most helpful salesperson I have had the pleasure of meeting. He was friendly, suggestive, and helpful in my selection of my Honda Accord Hybrid. Mr David Showman was the dealer who facilitated my car purchase. Mr Showman was engaging and aware upon first meeting. He narrowed down exactly what I wanted with my price range and looked for certain purchase. Mr Showman was engaging and aware upon first meeting. He troubleshot several loopholes of administrative nature and made the process far less frustrating than it could have been without his acumen and drive. Both my lady friend and myself were very impressed with all the staff in service and in sales - quite a thing to encounter as far as dealerships go. I would be more than happy to send any of my military friends or even family to Heritage Honda of Westminster Maryland. Particularly, to have Mr Showman work with them. Chloe Ford was excellent to deal with and I would highly recommend her. She is extremely knowledgeable and a very hard worker. Her work ethics will take her far in life.
