Working with Mario and Tim has been fantastic. They are quick to respond and have gone above and beyond to make this the best buying experience. I’m in love with my 740. There have been a few issues with the service department however. My new vehicle is a certified pre owned. That being said, driving home from the dealer we got a warning light that the car was very low on oil. We also noticed at pick up of vehicle their were several scratches and a very noticeable dent. The car was at the shop for a week so this was very surprising. As soon as I relayed these concerns to Mario and Tim however, they assured me these would all be taken care of immediately. I trust their word these issues will be resolved. More

Mario is more than a five star associate and now our favorite salesmen ever. We also received outstanding service from finance manager Jesus Castillo. He was so knowledgeable about the finance process and explained everything clearly and succinctly. He is so professional and personable as well. Again, Jesus is more than a five star associate. And yes now our favorite finance associate of all time. This was our second purchase at the dealership. Our first one went very well but our subsequent experience yesterday exceeded our first.
