But more than that, my new truck was not cleaned to my expectations, for a brand new vehicle. Marianne was very courteous and helpful, not the least bit overzealous in the salesmanship part of things and very forthcoming in negotiations and pricing. We felt very much at ease. They had a gorgeous version but in a least preferred colour so we continued looking. Upon leaving (or attempting to) our old van wouldnt' start. The sales manager went and grabbed a service tech and he had us running again in literally seconds - loose wire - no charge. Grimsby Chrysler is a class act. You should shop here and Marianne will take really good care of you - i highly recommend this organization and Marianne More

I was unhappy with the Jeep so I went into Grimsby Chrysler Dodge Jeep to talk about options. Mike and I talked for a while researching options, we didn't even look at a vehicle. A week later I went back in and spoke to another salesperson who never once pushed me to buy but instead gathered information that she said she would give to Mike. I know I am babbling on and on...............in the end I spoke with four different salespersons and enjoyed talking with all of them. There was never any pressure, there was always a friendly smile, a good time and a great deal was made. A great small town dealership with a big city experience. Take the time to go see the folks in Grimsby! ! More
