Need a battery? Agent suggested that our battery tested weak. That night, in the garage, I picked up the hood. There was corrosion all over the battery terminals. You Agent suggested that our battery tested weak. That night, in the garage, I picked up the hood. There was corrosion all over the battery terminals. You think anyone actually looked at it? Do service agents work on commission? My experience here for 14 years has been largely satisfactory. If I return, I will expect someone to show me the work done and offer me any replaced parts. TRUST in this business is everything. Disappointed! More
