i started using BMY of Sarasota for the maintneance of my X5 when i relocated ot Sarasota. My service advisior Maria Lizardi has always been informative and proactive in calling out required and waranteed w X5 when i relocated ot Sarasota. My service advisior Maria Lizardi has always been informative and proactive in calling out required and waranteed work on my vehicle. The commuiciaton and timeliness of the work has been impresive and the team has always worked with me with sensitivity for costs and timing. I am a stickler for detail and their work has surpassed my expectations. The information provided allows me to make decisions and participate in understnading the needs. I am always sensitive to up selling and being forced into things i do not need during servie repairs. . I am very comfortable that my interests precede their cash flow and most of the issue have been covered by warranty. I had to have a windshield replaced partially covered by insurance and the team worked closely with me to minimize my out of pocket expense to replace with OEM product and not a generic glass. I would not go elesewhere for anything related to my hybrid SUV that is the most fun to drive. A definite 5 star interaction over the years, More

I have never seen a dealership that finds every way possible to maximize the cost to its customers. From recommending services that aren’t needed, for extremely marked up prices, to charging a 3% credi possible to maximize the cost to its customers. From recommending services that aren’t needed, for extremely marked up prices, to charging a 3% credit card fee. I purchased one vehicle here but will avoid all Morgan dealerships based on the experience. More
