Annual Service BMW of Sarasota has an excellent and professional Service Department. Maria Lizardi ,my service advisor, is very courteous and professional. She alwa BMW of Sarasota has an excellent and professional Service Department. Maria Lizardi ,my service advisor, is very courteous and professional. She always has my car ready on time and it is always fixed. I have a 2018 BMW now, but I previously had a 2011 BMW which occasionally needed more that the usual maintenance. Maria would make sure that the problem was fixed the first time in the BMW shop. I will continue to bring my BMW X5 to BMW of Sarasota for service. More

The Complete Experience Took care of routine maintenance and an intermittent blue tooth problem. Went the extra mile to ensure I was satisfied with the technical issues. Spent extra time cleaning the car to get rid of bug marks on the front. One of the best waiting areas around with comfortable seats and lots to eat and drink. Would have been helpful if they had warned me that what they were calling a radio software update actually updated all systems and left me to research how to program features back the way I wanted them. More

Coolant light comes on after getting it serviced!!! Chose to go the BMW to get an oil change and flush coolant system. After spending 2 hours at the service center, drove home to find the coolant light Chose to go the BMW to get an oil change and flush coolant system. After spending 2 hours at the service center, drove home to find the coolant light was coming on at certain times. After spending another 2 hours the following day driving to BMW and deal with this issue, I was told that it just needed a top off!!! ... yes but it cost me another 2 hours Technician should have ensured the car ran for a few minutes and top off the first time I was there. This is BMW after all A simple oil and coolant change costed me $330 and about 5 hours. More
