Service oriented Service Tech, Alex, was very helpful diagnosing a persistent problem with my key-less entry system. He found out what the problem was, offered and im Service Tech, Alex, was very helpful diagnosing a persistent problem with my key-less entry system. He found out what the problem was, offered and implemented a solution and I have not had a problem since. He went over and beyond the call of duty to fix a problem that had been driving me crazy. My only criticism is that it took three tries before Alex stepped in to resolve the issue. $300 for a simple windshield fluid filter/screen that costs maybe $10 seems excessive. More
