Untimely and unproprofessional I was first appt in for a normal oil change. After 3 hours I need to get to work and was told this type of scheduled service would be 1 hour. I was a I was first appt in for a normal oil change. After 3 hours I need to get to work and was told this type of scheduled service would be 1 hour. I was asked if I wasned my car vacuumed and washed and replied “yes” at the beginning of the consult. By the 3rd hour I was begging to wonder why my car was taking so long- employees were in and out with their own side conversations and not once was I given updates on how long or how the process of my car was going. Finallt, when I found my service rep and told her I needed to get to work my car was suddenly ready within 15-20 minutes but the car was was “backed up” And was told to come back another time. I was so furious that day that when I left I went to another dealership traded in my car which I found out had 2 prior collisions which my husband and I had no prior knowledge of not did we sign a car fax disclosure and am done with dealing with BMW! More

Sales & Service were excellent! We've purchased at least 5 BMW's at this dealership and have been very happy with our experience all-around. Everyone on staff from the Reception Area We've purchased at least 5 BMW's at this dealership and have been very happy with our experience all-around. Everyone on staff from the Reception Area to Sales to Service to Management and so on have been very friendly, efficient, and helpful. Our most recent purchase was on 10/21./19. Rich Liammarri is a terrific Sales Consultant who always treats us with respect and integrity ... and he has a great sense of humor, so it feels like we're working with a good friend. JP in Management was great & moved us smoothly through the paperwork. The friendly tech from the "genius" group that Rich had work with us was very knowledgeable and patient too (sorry we didn't get his name). And best of all ... we love our new car! In the past we've worked with both Maria & Fernando in Service & they've always been top-notch, as are several others in Service whose names we can't recall. We feel like we are treated as an important customer at this BMW dealership. Thank You to all who make us feel welcome! More

Back up light bulb replacement- $62.00. Seems excessive Uncomfortable with the service protocol. Checked my car in and then waited for my service advisor to complete paperwork that could have been accomplis Uncomfortable with the service protocol. Checked my car in and then waited for my service advisor to complete paperwork that could have been accomplished by the people checking me in. Asked again to wait for my advisor to pay my bill. Seems unnecessary and time consuming. My Chicago dealership is more streamlined and efficient. Sarasota staff was friendly and the waiting room was very well appointed, however. I just didn’t want to spend my day there. More
