Visit to the dealership on Thursday January 30th. As always my visit was a very good one . Maria Lizardi listen to my issues patiently and car was given back to me in perfect condition and all repair As always my visit was a very good one . On a separate note while waiting for my car I had a pleasure to speak with Eddie Cintron and I must tell you that he is one of the reason that I am coming back to you to buy new cars. It was all taken care of by 3 pm--got the car back that day--repaired, maintained, washed and ready to go. More

My visit to BMW on Thursday January 23rd. The moment you check in your vehicle for service you are greeted by fantastic people. They are very polite and helpful. My visit on January 22 and the few days leading up to that was outstanding thanks to the terrific personal service exhibited by Greg Jones in advance My visit on January 22 and the few days leading up to that was outstanding thanks to the terrific personal service exhibited by Greg Jones in advance of and on January 22nd and the great personal service exhibited by Greg and then Maria Lizardi on that day. They are wonderful examples of the kind of service one would expect from BMW. Unfortunately, my experience with your dealership service department prior to working with these two professionals left me frustrated and ready to leave BMW (after about six 3-year leases). First of all, I am a big music fan and when I leased my 2020 in August of 2019 I was very surprised to find out after I got it home that it did not have Sirius, something very important to me and something I didn't think I had to ask for after it being automatic in all past leases and in my wife's recent Porsche lease. I was told Carplay would be just as good and I was set up for that. My problem was after Carplay on the screen a day or two it would just disappear. I was in to the dealership with Genius at least three times and the same thing kept happening. Finally Assistant Service Manager Derek said maybe a computer problem and I stayed for an extra few hours and Carplay again seemed fixed. But again, it disappeared after a day and so did my Blue tooth phone. I kept reaching out to Derek - phone and email - and received no response to at least four contacts. I wanted this fixed; since August I have been driving a 2020 BMW with only AM/FM radio and no phone. Everytime I went to your shop it takes about an hour (live on Anna Maria Island). Finally after no contact from Derek my salesperson Bobby Carr reached out to Greg Jones. Within a week the entire problem was resolved thanks to Greg. Nevertheless it was a frustrating several months and BMW almost lost a customer. More

long wait I made an appointment Sunday for Monday to fix flat tire. Monday I spent 3 hrs. there. BMW was very busy and they are working hard but they don't ha I made an appointment Sunday for Monday to fix flat tire. Monday I spent 3 hrs. there. BMW was very busy and they are working hard but they don't have capacity to handle the volume or difficulty that's there. This is not my first time the wait has been excessive. I am patient and understand all that goes on behind the scenes. Susan was the best at helping me to understand but I could go to third party for work and be out in 45 mins. More
