The Fremont Toyota dealership is conveniently close to me though I have not had my Prius serviced here due to an unfortunate interaction with an arrogant service advisor many years ago. Perhaps the management and staff have changed because I was enticed to bring my car in for an oil/ filter change via an attractively priced coupon. Fortunately I chose Maria Castillo as my advisor: Maria was very courteous, polite and respectful from the moment we met, a fine example of everything a customer facing representative should be. She processed the intake documentation speedily and efficiently, threw in a courtesy car wash, and advised me of a potential recall issue of which I was not made aware by Toyota. The facility was clean and organized, with free coffee available for those waiting, the only thing missing was some reading material for those who don't want to keep their eyes glued to a smart phone. The car was ready promptly at the time promised and check out was hassle free. All in all a great, drama-free, experience. Kudos once again to Maria Castillo, she is an asset to the location. Highly recommended! More
