Technician I hope I do not have the same problem in the future. The technician pickeded an order to change my caps gaz from cutomer services. In the 1st 30 minut I hope I do not have the same problem in the future. The technician pickeded an order to change my caps gaz from cutomer services. In the 1st 30 minutes he came back and Jared asked him: if he resolves the issue and he said no. He took the car back for more than hour and drove my car more then 25 miles (that piss me off). I still having the same cap gaz. Toyota is totally a mess and very very bad in keep words. More

Negotiations mean nothing and the sales manager told me that the negotiation wasn’t the final contract so they feel free to change the negotiated price and dealer fees at the closing table. Further if I didn’t like it (their deceptive practices) i was free to leave. This was a guy identifying himself as “Marcus” the sales director. Buying my daughter her first car became the worst car buying experience in 25 years. There more integrity in a dark back alley than in this place. Buyers check the contract for changing numbers and changing fees. this was like being in a 1970’s used car lot. It should be called “Big Al’s” More
